My experience at Dale's sales and service was exceptional. The staff and owner are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I visited the store with questions or needed help, they were so accommodating. Highly recommend them for all your vacuum purchase and support needs.

I’ve never seen such rude customer service. I took a vacuum in for repair and obviously the sales counter clerk didn’t want to be bothered. He was on the phone and irritated with the person in conversation. He asked what was wrong with the vacuum and I related it had lost suction he plugged it up and said that’s about as good as your going to get. Wrapped up the cord and handed it back to me and said, “have a nice day” how rude can you be? The message he sent to me was, leave my store. Never will go back again. 😡
