First thing to say is this is my second home now after my first visit this place is utterly amazing ! Not only the staff but the other residents! Everyone was super inviting and made us feel immediately comfortable , and you do things at your pace no pressure just do you and be happy with what makes you happy !!

I haven't been there in a few years but as far as I know yes to pets, leashed at all times. And I'm not really sure about background checks but I believe they do. Call them to find out and reserve a site.
