Clean, well maintained sites. Many of the sites had EXCEPTIONAL views of the Lake Rathbun. Friendly helpful staff. There are so many Wonderful Army Corp of Engineers campgrounds in this state.

We give five stars cause we love camping here. We love to swim and hang out with friends. The view is pretty. The only annoying thing is when mowers are mowing they shouldn't mow to areas that are occupied and blow grass to you.

Irs an older campground, picnic tables are ancient but useable. Lots are pretty close together. Beach is close but clay so a little slimy. I recommend swim shoes. Bathroom and shows kept clean daily. The one thing that would have been nice is more directional sighs for each section so we could find our campsite easier. There was no one in the check in shack to get a map from

We've been doing our family campouts here for years, like 30 something years, that's how much we love this place. It's an annual tradition and we come from all over the country to gather here. I use to run around this campground with cousins as kid, now I'm watching their kiddos grow up with the same traditions. The campground is beautiful, the lake is amazing, and the facilities are clean. We just love this place!

Honey creek resort rents boats and jet skis. Also try the marina not sure about them. Maybe the dam site depot

Not a specified dog park thats fenced in, but a large expanse for the dogs to run and play. They do not have a leash law as it is in the rural area of the county. Not densely populated either so as long as your furry child doesn't run away they will love it! Safe Travels!

I believe you just park your camper and then go to the booth in the morning when it is open.
