I can’t say enough positive things about Hawthorne at Pine Forest! This complex is beautiful, up to date and offers so many amenities! The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Only downfall is the construction. Highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a newer, up to date home, in a good location!

Nice little beach community. Its not actually on the island but very close. You can be on the beach in 10. The pool is also very nice. Facilities are kept clean

I moved to Hawthorne at Pine Forest apartment sight unseen. My entire experience has been wonderful. My apartment is beautiful, watching the grounds grow and improve is fun and my neighbors are terrific. Every member of the sales team is fantastic! They are always available and eager to assist in every way possible. Super experience and so happy I made the move!

I moved from Kansas to Hawthorne at Pine Forest site unseen. The staff emailed pic's of actual apartment to help. Apartment is beautiful and well laid out. Its wonderful that they are dog friendly especially since I have a 50lb dog. The staff had a discount set up with the Holiday Inn which was awesome. I arrived in the middle of night so that really helped. The staff has been so helpful and always doing events for residents. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
