Beautiful historic area very nice lake and atmosphere

We've attended the MId-Summer's festival for years and every time have had a wonderful and heart-warming experience. The food is always excellent. I love how low-key & laid back the atmosphere is. One can easily engage in pleasant conversations. The little lake provides a lovely swimming beach, and the sauna is HOT! We love to take a canoe out and just paddle around the lake, notice the loons, see the forest in it's full summer regalia. It's a great place for the whole family or just one or two. There are lots of nice people, interesting presenters, good food, and music is always a big part of the 3 day weekend! Thanks to all the worker bees that make this happen.

Such a beautiful park. My father in law is a member so my family was able to check it out with him. Adorable cabins, cute little beach, a few trails to wander.

This is one of the most amazing, hidden gems for camping or gathering swimming in the area. The lake is pristine as they don't allow motors on it at all, the membership is very cheap and I would suggest this place to anyone I go there all the time!
