Smooth transaction with pickup and drop off. Only downside is that they are understaffed so you do wait a little bit.

Pickup was not smooth. Way understaffed. The one person working there was impatient. Slow computer system. No overnight drop off. But return during business hours was fine. Used this place again because couldn't find anyplace else that was open on Sunday. Arrived to pick up, and truck I rented was not available. Had to take a larger truck instead. Vehicle had not been cleaned. This return was an issue because again understaffed.

Was treated by far the rudest I have ever been by someone in the customer service field. Was told five different things that we needed to do in order to rent a car and every time I told Mia that I could do exactly what she asked for she had a worse attitude than before because I could come through with it what she had asked for. She spoke so rudely and out of place to my daughter who had been in a six car collision earlier in the day. She had even said to her that at least she had a car which was very classless and the rudest thing that anyone could’ve said to someone who could have lost more than her car but also her life in an accident that day. When I I asked for the manager’s name and number she told me that I could Google it. I’ve never seen such horrendous customer service anywhere and would definitely think twice before returning to this location.

Mia is the rudest customer service employee I think I have ever come in contact with. She said the requirements for my rental car was one thing and then double backed to say that the policy had changed this week? When we had to change our reservation for tomorrow in order to provide what it was she said she needed all of sudden, she refused to even modify our reservation, which seems as if it would be well within her range of duties. The worst attitude to be greeted with and other customers experienced her slack as well as she stated she had called someone in reference to their reservation and in fact didn’t. Just can’t believe the experience we just had in there and even went as far to say “at least I have a car” when I was in a collision earlier today. Also said if we wanted the managers name that we could Google it. I’m just appalled.
