Rude as duck! They leave you standing there. Act as if you're bothering them to do their job. And all they need is a pickup number and sign a piece of paper and that's too much for them to do. Very rude. Say you're there to pick up a load and they just stare at you, like you're supposed to know what they want first. Every place is different. Do you want my ID, pickup number, trailer number? What do you want? Rude! Give pickup number then she cuts me off and asks what company. Well why didn't you ask that first? Give pickup number again. Then again she asks what's the last 4. Feel like it's on purpose. Rude Rude rude! Overall horrible experience

Not sure , I just deliver trailers for a company as a truck driver, sorry..
I believe you can I never really picked up a load there so I can't be 200% sure unless you try you won't know enjoy your day
They are open 24 hrs but on weekends & holidays there gate is locked for lunch hour on all 3 shifts
