Bought 2 load springs from them online. Received only 1. Tried calling them and they said they will look into to it and let me know. Nothing. Called them over 10 times, no one calls me back and they are impossible to get a hold of. Very unprofessional!!!

When I called Monday 5/3/21 to check on the order I put in on Thursday 4/29/21 to see if it was shipped yet. I was transferred to the warehouse. The gentleman said it would be shipped that day and we would receive an email saying so that day and our order would be here by Wednesday 5/6/21. Well here it is Thursday 5/7/21 . No part, no email and no phone call . In fact I tried to call Wednesday at noon, no answer . Now the ad said the part was in stock. The gentleman from the warehouse said he was going to ship it on Monday. Our dump truck is losing work everyday we have to wait on that part. Had we known it was going to take longer we would have ordered it from someone else . I do not believe we will be doing business here again .no email updates or a courtesy call is unprofessional . I have to say both staff were very friendly .
