Too high prices on land fees. The whole neighborhood uses the pool and park. The neighbors are too close to each other. A lot crazy people live here. The HOA should take care of the land and not the house owner.

Been living here for quite a while, seen this community change over the years because lack of management, used to be quiet and private with security on patrol, but these last couple of years it seems like theres no security on duty, the basketball courts and pool area were for residents and guests, now it's a public recreation park, I've brought this to the attention of management but there is no improvement at all.

Love it nice friendly neighbors. Great location w a panoramic view of the valley. Quite area, I am surely the loudest on the block maybe in the entire community complex, lol. Don't rat me out. Kool amenities. Pool big meadow of soft grass, horse shoes & volleyball, handball & basketball, pic nic tables & gazzibo's, decent amount of parking but can get full on the weekend. But the property lot is ridiculous how they keep raising the price every year. It has reached higher than most pay for apartments.

Between a mortgage & there high space rent i might as well buy a real house city needs to put a rent vontrol on these mobile home / modular homes so do people save with that st rent that you can not write off on your taxes
It depends on the lot. between 1300-1700. The land lease is also eligible for tax deduction at the end of the year.
