They accept many insurance providers but I'm not sure if they accept State Insurance. They are very friendly so I would give them a call and ask? They also have low interest plans in case your insurance doesn't cover you.

I agree with @Clifford Brooks. There is only one doctor so he comes in quickly, talk to you in a rush so you don't feel comfortable asking many questions and is gone as quickly and they are so expensive. I could say some other things but choose not to at this time.
