Food is great. Service is terrible. They usually have the phone off the hook so any calls won’t come through. And when you finally do get through they immediately place you on hold for 30 minutes while you hear them laughing and chatting with their employees and other customers.

Normally they are awesome. No complaints. But this day was horrible. I called in my order and waiting on line over 40mins ended up driving off and never getting my food. I think on busy days just do inside orders. Because doing both windows and inside didn't work that day. Other than that the food is always good.

Outstanding customer service. Very good sub sandwiches. Exceptionally clean. Reasonable prices. They have chef salad! Order inside. I would return. We bought 6 sandwiches, no sides,no drinks. They support local businesses with their business card wall. Great job!!!

First,, let me apologize for the rudeness you experience today from the young lady at the window. Apparently her day wasn't going well for her or she came to work with a chip on her shoulder. Secondly,, I'm glad your spirit picked up on that quickly,, and you should give the manager a call and let her/him know what happened..if you didn't get her name,, they will look at the work sheets on the date and time. She took your order in drive thru,,and pass the form to the line ,,, someone else ruined it . what they fail to understand is that the customers is keeping their business running. you continue to be nice ,no matter how one acts,, and watch how God's favor show up on your behalf.. she may not be there the next time you visit. be blessed.
