I used to use this laundry room religiously and have always loved it!! They have since gotten upgraded and more machines, it is always perfectly clean, the machines smell great, they have a sense of pride for their facility that is unmatched. While I now have my own washer and dryer I still come by periodically to get all the linen in my house washed in a day because I just love them!! I now run an apartment complex and have struggled with my resident's laundry room and wanting to keep it beautiful, and the machines fresh and clean. On a whim I took a chance in giving them a call for help/advise on what I could do for regular maintenance and cleaning for my machines and they were so kind and helpful! Thank you for your wonderful customer service and facility!! You guys are the best!

Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable and caring staff. I’ll be sticking with them when I can afford wash & fold. PLUS I have laundry on-site at my apt complex but this place is way better. It’s worth the short drive for me to come here instead. I’m “nesting” for a newborn, and I’m on bed rest and single, so washing all the clothes for my new baby was a daunting task! I had 30lbs of clothes plus a comforter that they washed. The woman (I feel bad I didn’t catch her name) who took my clothing is a mom too and knew *exactly* what I needed. They had Dreft (a special detergent for babies) on site so they didn’t have to use mine! So that saved me money and a trip to Target. And the woman was just super friendly and helpful. I already undid most of my packages that they gave me but I’ve included a photo of one of the bags they gave. Everything is folded beautifully, so all I have to do is sort it 👍🏻

Wonderful experience. Amber was so helpful. I’ve not been in a laundromat since college. Very clean and plenty of units. I washed my huge mattress pad and dried it for a total of 36 minutes. You will not be disappointed. They also have a service available to wash/dry fold your laundry for you I saw several people pick up their laundry and it looked great. This is how to run a business and provide 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you again.

Completely impressed with this place. Especially when I use the Wash, Dry & Fold, when I am too busy with school work and can't complete my own laundry. Its returned to me just like my Mom did the laundry. I Love these machines, My cloths have come cleaner here than any other laundromat I've ever used before. Trust me, I am a third year college student, I've used a lot of laundromats here in Wilmington. Not any more. This one is Clean as a whistle, the employees are on the ball, never missing a step, always helpful and attentive. New comfortable plush seating and nice tables. People, Don't just take my word, come and use this place for yourself. The attendants are helpful and professional and always have great attitude. You guys rock.
