No respect for the people that are homeless that just would like to get out of the weather for a bit. If you are just sitting warming up or plugging your devices that should not be a problem. And that is not lottering you are doing something... Some of the employees are rude and think its cute or funny and they are not. Just ugly.

Reason for my visit was to wash a comforter that couldn't be dry cleaned. Very clean which is a plus. Expensive which is a negative. Payment for use of the machines could be more efficient. The $1 card situation is the gag.

Ms Johnson is the definition of “good people”! She is always helpful and treats everyone like family! She takes pride in this facility as if she owns it! I drive from Leland one to two times a week because of her and the ownership she takes in this place!
