I don’t use laundromats often, but I really like that I don’t need to get cash or change to use their machines since they accept cards and Apple Pay. I had a great first experience here. The staff really didn’t engage, but that was fine for me. My second experience (happening right now) — an older woman is working and she has greeted every white person that has entered and said goodbye to them as they exited while myself and two other BIPOC women entered and had to say “excuse me” because she wouldn’t acknowledge us or that we were trying to pass by. Not about that.

Many washing machines are not in working order, they have signs saying "in need of repair" but nothing is being done, and it's been too long, so that is concerning.

I absolutely love the this wash and fold service! Prompt pick and delivery all linens cleaned and folded perfectly. Fair pricing! Excellent customer service the owner Debra was super friendly and answered all my questions set up weekly pick ups with easy stress free scheduling. We had had used other services in the past no comparison to the Five Star service they offer here! Highly Recommend.

Very nice and clean and excellent attendant. Got my stuff done in time and learned to use the new pay card. I know but my clothes got really cleaned and the lady was really nice. Thank you!
