Buyer beware. Just because the description doesn't list a problem, it doesn't mean there isn't one. Bought a ladder with a listing with just one poor photo. You couldn't tell from the photo and the listing didn't reveal that a bottom rung was bent and cracked. Also bought an engine hoist with a listing with one far away photo and no detail photos. Cylinder ram was rusted the first 6 inches and the ram didn't fully extend. This also wasn't revealed in the listing. I won't use again.

Does not return emails. Will not answer phone calls. Does not return voicemails. Does not answer inquiries from their website. I started 4 days before the auction....the auction is now over, I would have bid twice the winning bid on 4-6 items (that were several thousand each)...but I could not get a simple question answered.

My driver picked up a load there at Yellow Tag Auctions(Spartanburg, SC) . Upon drop off the costumer rejected the load because he was over loaded as well as loaded with the wrong materials. My driver then spoke with Brittany Walker who was in charge of getting him reloaded with the right materials at Yellow Tag Auctions(Spartanburg, SC). It was agreed that my driver would return back to Yellow Tag Auctions(Spartanburg, SC) the same day to get reloaded with the correct materials so that he could get the load to the costumers. Once my driver started heading back to Yellow Tag Auctions(Spartanburg, SC) he called Brittany Walker again to confirm his arrival time for 6pm, she then stated that he cant be loaded the same day which caused a huge inconvenience to our business being that we already had another load book for elsewhere and had to cancel that load to fulfill this load. After getting loaded the next day, my driver went to Brittany Walker to get his paperwork and she said," Its been fun having you, but i hope we NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN." That was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for her to say something like that, so I called and spoke to Robert Grigoropoulos( operation Manager) and he stated that she didn't mean what she said and my driver may have misinterpreted the joke which was also UNPROFESSIONAL being a operation manager. The CEO or COO of Yellow Tag Auctions(Spartanburg, SC) needs better staffing and shouldn't tolerate unprofessional behavior from staff. This need to be address in a professional way IMMEDIATELY!
