Horrible place to work. The administrator and DON has no leadership skills or integrity. The CNAs and Nurses disrespect the residents, w/o any disciplinary actions being followed. I would NEVER want to work at this facility again.

My Father was here, when it was under the original name - Lakewood Manor. Many friends and family members have stayed here since then. It hasn’t changed from 30 years ago........no compassion or care from 90% of the staff, negligent medical care, lacking in nutritional foods, and NOTHING like the description you see written or when you go on a preplanned tour. Things are quite different when your loved one is there. Consider “somewhere else” if your loved one has to leave your care.

This place is awesome, Ben the new dietary manager is changing this place around. He is a great worker and treats his employees with respect and kindness. They do a great job with the food and he is a great manager. Would recommend!!! Thanks Ben!!

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
