With your joke-like limited hours you’re running during the week, you should at least extend them into Saturday as well so people can get their packages which you don’t seem to want to deliver on Saturdays.

Suggest you ask UPS directly as there are different options. The faster the delivery...the higher the price.

where is my package? If I track it, the status report says "at the mailbox". Interesting! I don't have a mailbox (its a condo) and the package has to be delivered at my door! Now what?

John is correct you can also do it online if you have the tracking number saves you the trouble of calling the 800 number
