Easily the worst, most unprofessional company I've had to deal with. I've been assisting my out-of-state parents set up their new home here in Georgia. I have worked with many contractors during this processes who have been great and worked with my schedule to get things fixed in the house -- from plumbing to shower doors and closet installations. There has been a work order to adjust the from doors and locks for at least 3 months now and we finally (after both the builder and my parents sent multiple requests) heard back. Due to the nature of my work, I am only available on Thursdays and asked to be scheduled on this day of the week. The man I spoke with said he could not schedule me that far out (LESS THAN ONE WEEK) and he would tentatively pencil me in but if I hadn't heard from him by that Tuesday, to text him. Apparently it is my job to make sure he follows up on his own work orders. Tuesday came and went and no word so I sent a text the following morning. I asked to be schedule for that Thursday and his reply said his schedule has now been consumed and can I do Monday. --- So...you couldn't get me scheduled, yet now you're full and never thought to communicate that with me after I had to take the initiative to follow up on your job? No sir, as I mentioned last week, I cannot do any day other than Thursdays. Absolutely horrendous customer service and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have high tolerance, and this was extremely unacceptable.

Extremely mean and they don’t care about their customers. Do not honor their warranty and they send their attorny to tell you go to hell. Delivery was never ontime
