Great experience! I waited several months to write a review in order to form a practical review of the windows through a few seasons. Love the windows and love the service we got from Sarah and Vern. What made the decision easy to go with Windowcrafters is that they make the windows locally and any issues can be handled there, rather than having to go to a separate hardware supplier.

Windowcrafters recently replaced all the windows in our house and we couldn’t be happier. Our old windows were original from when the house was built in the 60s and in terrible shape. The new windows look great and completely change the “feel” of the house. Sarah was great walking us through the process from start to finish and the installers also did a great job (including some extra work to repair some rotten structure around one window). I will definitely be referring friends and family to Windowcrafters for their projects as well.
