Dr. Rocca is very caring and extremely thorough with her diagnoses; same for the PA (I think it was Cristin). The support staff (front desk folks, etc) seem very driven to get patients in and out as quickly as possible and can be a little short (hence much of the bad reviews), but I pay for the doctors/PAs care and attention, not the front desk staff. It's bit of a drive for me, but I still go there and would recommend to anyone.

I saw Alyse for a rash on the top of my head. She was very kind, patient, understanding and very thorough in her assessment of what it was and the best treatment plan for it. And the rest of the staff there is fantastic as well! I highly recommend Alyse and Natural Image Skin Center!
