Horrible customer service π

I will never go to another practice for my health concerns. Mrs. Cuza took the time to listen and treat all my medical needs. She treated me like one of her own family members and genuinely cares about her patients. She is an angel sent from heaven. In, addition the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely ZERO stars if I could.... After being put on hold 30 mins,. Then put on hold again for another 15 mins I was told I can't be seen for an infected tooth and should visit the hospital.... After asking why , I was put on hold AGAIN and told "we are not taking any new patients. I called back later and said I have insurance (first time I told them I did not and it would be a cash visit) and magically the had an appointment for me!! Totally unprofessional.
Angela Velez
My name is Angela Velez, I have an appointment scheduled on Tuesday 11th at 10:40 am but I was called for a zufall member staff to reschedule my appointment; I called back with no issues to reschedule the appointment, however the Colombian receptionist ask me for the reason of my appointment and I told her I have a very private reason to not share that information with her but I can assure her I really need to be seen by a doctor, she then started yelling at me on the phone and threading me that she has the power to cancel my appointment because with covid they arenβt seeing patients and my appointment will be reschedule for a virtual medical call, I told her, Im driving, on the speaker and had a lot of people with me, she couldnβt be more careless and started asking if I have an infection or STD, this behavior was just out of line, I asked to speak with her boss or manager and she told me she was the manager of Zufall and nobody else was in charge of this institution, so I have to tell her I just have //// issues. I understand medical staff is going through challenging times but me as a patient deserve at least have more empathy and not be yelled, Iβm having enough with whatever health issues I have. Even if she is the owner she doesnβt have the right to yelled at people or ask such a privates questions.

Yes, Zufall Health accepts Medicaid. To see a list of all insurance plans Zufall accepts, please visit: https://www.zufallhealth.org/for-patients/feesinsurance/
Zufall has no-appointment doctor visits, but they are limited. These walk-in visits are ending soon, depending on the needs of each day's patients. It is best to make an appointment to ensure that you see a medical provider.

Yes, COVID testing is free at Zufall Health for both the un-insured and the insured. If a person has insurance, their insurance company will be charged for the test, but nothing will be charged to the person directly. COVID test results currently take 3 - 5 days. We perform the rapid COVID test (15 mins) only for dental patients needing aerosol producing procedures.
Currently we only provide rapid testing for dental patients who are scheduled for aerosol producing procedures. For all other patients, COVID test results can take 3 to 5 days.
Not on staff but Zufall works with an outside dermatology practice that patients pay a small charge for a referral and Zufall covers the rest of the consultation if the patient doesn't have medical insurance.
Yes they do
Having an appointment is faster than just walking in.
It's not free, but it's sliding scale or through insurance. Very reasonable and will work with you and your situation.
If you answer but sometimes everyone is busy, it tells you to dial a number to wait or make an appointment, right? Don't worry, try it and they will answer you, they are very kind there
Good attention, the medical assistant, Luis, took care of me very well,
