It's not free, but it's sliding scale or through insurance. Very reasonable and will work with you and your situation.
They will assist you in filling out forms for Medicaid. You need proof of address, ID& proof of income. If you're not eligible for Medicaid, the office visit cost is a sliding scale based on income.
