Whoever answered the phone today (when pressing 0), was extremely rude. I only said about 5 words before she cut me off with a "whoa whoa whoa...", went on mute, and transferred me. If working in customer service, have some patience to at least hear the caller's full sentence before getting so agitated. It was not that serious.

Walked in needed to print, used the printme, didn’t work, store clerk told me to walk outside turn around and come back, did that, then proceeded to check my phone for internet, I did, then told me about an alternative option, did that, she printed it out and then didn’t not charge me. The process took 30minutes… to print a pdf.
