The room was absolutely terrible. You know the kind of room a main character of a movie gets at the beginning of a movie when they first move to a new city to start over and it's just run down and falling apart and bugs everywhere? That's this room. The service was excellent, I have nothing bad to say about the front desk or staff I dealt with. They were extremely pleasant to me, they just have the misfortune of working in that particular establishment, I don't blame them. They were doing their best with the conditions they had to work with.

Firstly the positive. Front desk was very nice. Now to what I think about the rooms. Disgusting sums it up! Checked in to our room and the was blood spots on the ceiling, and what looked like dusted hand prints on the wall! No, I’m not exaggerating. The a/c also did not work properly. Was switched to another room..bath tub was black, like it had not been cleaned in months , brown stains all over the mattresses, dirty carpet, holes in the walls. My husband and myself have bites on from something. The next morning a “housekeeper “ just walked in our room. No knock, no announcing herself. At that point we left the room and did not finish our stay.

Terrible!! I booked the room for my boyfriend, our two infants, and myself for two days while waiting to move into our apartment. Within the first five minutes of being in the room I found a pill in the floor and had to flush it to keep my babies from possibly getting ahold of it, my boyfriend had to kill roaches, and the floor was disgusting. The paint in coming off the walls, the ceiling is molded and falling apart and the doors aren’t very much protection. My 14 month old is able to open the doors and leave the room and it doesn’t matter if the door is locked or not because the doors aren’t secured. Hallway is completely filthy, trash bags and cans sitting everywhere, halls in the walls and doors, the doors to the building are supposed to lock and only open with a room key after certain hours but they didn’t even latch all the way more less lock. The lady at the front desk was also very rude as soon as we walked through the front door. I wish I could give this place zero stars

And my experience over the last year or two they've had bed bugs and the rooms are definitely not clean it didn't even look like the sheets were washed and I know that they don't wash the best friend. Just saying I moved to a different motel
