Gavin came out today and took excellent care of our Bennington Pontoon. When it comes to boats, no one else is going to give you a better deal and stand behind the product.

We purchased a Bennington Tritoon from MarineMax and it was delivered to us. The salesman was very thorough in providing instructions and answering our questions. However, on the second day which happened to be a Sunday afternoon, we discovered oil leaking from the motor when we were a good distance from home. A text to the salesman with a description of the problem and our current situation instructed us to get home as quickly as possible which we did . Two days later (they are not opened on Monday) Casey, a technician, arrived at our home, checked out the areas that he knew could cause problems, stated this was a first for him and promised he would call Mercury the next morning and let us know. True to his word, we were contacted the next morning, informed that the problem was a defect from the factory, and to meet Thomas with the boat at a marina. Thomas, would take the boat back to MarineMax and our boat would receive a new motor. Thank you to the service department at MarineMax who changed the motors out and had us back on the water the next day. Our entire experience was a very positive one from the introduction at the boat show by Scott the general manager, purchasing with Thomas the salesman, working through finances with Brandon and everyone's quick response to the motor problem. Look forward to continue working with them.

I would NEVER recommend this place! The most rude, uncaring, impersonal, unprofessional dealers I’ve ever come across. They must have so much business that they disregard any sort of customer service! We ordered a replacement cushion from Chris- for nearly $500, it took over two months to come in, and when it arrived, it was the wrong vinyl- we were told when we picked it up, not when it was ordered that they didn’t make the vinyl anymore. The girl at the front and Chris said NOTHING- didn’t even say “sorry about that”!!! We surely would have taken the vinyl we had that matched to our Upolstery specialist to have him remake a cushion. Buyers beware of this business as they aren’t up to making customers satisfied!!!!!!
