DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was recommended by a family member who uses waste management (GFL bought them) and this has been the worst service we have ever had. I started my service a month ago. Two weeks in and they still had not picked up trash and sent another bill in the mail. I called the company and ask why I am being charged if they still haven't picked up yet. The operator let me know they had charged me extra for the can and would remove the charge. They also scheduled a missed trash pick up and let me know I had been scheduled on the wrong route. Thought that was the last of our issues.. well they didn't pick up last Tuesday or this Tuesday. I called them again today and ask why they haven't picked up yet again for another two weeks. The operator let me know I was still scheduled for the wrong route and she would fix it. I let her know now it has been a month and you would expect a hey sorry for them not picking up.. nope! The person asked if there was anything else and hung up. I called back and let them know I wanted to cancel the service. No reason to waste money and not even get a hey sorry we missed you. Do not recommend this company at all!!!!

No humans at the branch. No replies. Don’t expect to ever get resolution of anything. It’s been 6 weeks and they still never removed their can despite me contacting over & over. Use M A Davis instead!!!! They are sooo much better and cheaper too. Do NOT use GFL if you care about actual responses from a company.

Took our trash can after we just paid the bill. They won't answer the phone

This company is trash, literally. You can never get ahold of anyone for any questions, they are always late, and then they just leave trash if it doesn't fit in the bin.
