They pick up if they want to. When you call about a missed pickup twice in 2 weeks, they will pick you up next week….no matter if your trash overflows and dogs tear it up. No matter if you’ve just had an amputation and you’re having to take trash to the dump although you pay for pickup. Oh and your refund they take out of your bank immediately? Yeah that’ll be 4-6 weeks to return to you. Do yourself a favor; call someone else.

i have changed my account to a more reputable company. They have left the old trash bin on the side of the road for a month and no one can get a call back. This is not professional. They seem to be in trouble financially. My next step will be to inform the Greenville County Law Enforcement that this issue could be a hazard to vehicles. My location is very busy at all times of the day.

Do not do business with this company they always miss my trash pick up I have to call this company every 2 weeks Lady on the office always lying saying they're gonna send somebody and they never do That's why I cancel my service don't waste your time and money
