Not their problem that their mechanic did work on side stating he was certified and qualified and did over $2k in damages to my boat to do a routine maintenance item for me, but I let them know and they were nice about it yet leave him on staff to do same quality of work on client boats. Two other marinas reviewed damages and said some of worst work they have seen in many years. Mechanic is Bill deBarr. If just a one time problem then he should own it and take care of it but didn’t.

Definitely some great people here. My only complaint is that there were some small issues with some small things with my boat. They have told me several times that they are going to get them resolved and call me back. It’s been almost 5 months and I still haven’t had anyone reach back out. I keep calling and getting the same message that they lll get back with an update. Ps. The guy that delivered the boat was one of the most helpful and awesome people ever.

Wow!!!! The team that I worked with was led by the dealerships owner and John as well as everyone from the service department (Amy), Maintenance (Tommy) and again John, who does EVERYTHING, including orients new customers to their boat went above and beyond for us! Can not thank them enough for their excellent customer service and communication. I share my story to every neighbor and person I meet on our lake. We will never go to another dealership as long as we are on the water, Palmetto Boat Center has our loyalty for life!
