I love wendy’s food and usually go to this wendy’s. They usually have really bad customer service but the last time I went there was this kid that looked 16 and he was the most friendly person. I took my time because I did not know the name of the meal and he really helped me out. We need more people like that kid. I would say the name but I forgot. I believe it started with a “C”. The food came out amazing in the end also. Wendy’s needs to hire trained professionals like that guy. I hope the manager reads this and gives this guy a raise for how helpful he is. Because of him I feel like going back now with all of my buddies.

Worst customer service . There was two cars ahead of me and I sat in line for 15 minutes before they decided to take my order while I was sitting in front of the speaker the whole time even calling out for help. I would have left much sooner but I had several cars behind me at that point blocking me . This visit made me feel so uncomfortable with the quality of service I was afraid to go ahead and order food after just pulling up to window . I never eat here and thought I'd give it a try ended up just going straight to Jack in The box across the street .

I always enjoy Wendy's food. This particular time ,the drive through was super packed. I went inside and watched the one customer in front of me order his food. The order was rung up incorrectly. He asked for it to be fixed and the cashier berated him and said that he needed to learn how to speak! I was wondering if it was a joke. It started to get heated as they went back and forth.To say the least the customer service at the Bouquet canyon store is less than poor. Even the manager told the customer to order correctly. It was like an episode of the Twilight Zone.
