In a Sunday at almost 6 pm, my dog had a seizure and I was unsure how to respond. My son called the vet and even thought I was not a client at Lothrop, I called the doctor and to my surprise, he did not care and identified her condition over the phone and offered to take a look at her. He was able to keep Diva overnight and put in the work to make sure she was ok. Excellent customer service and would recommend 100/10.

Took my dog here and he had strangles and they looked at him. I wanted a 21st time check up. All they did was tell me thry didn't think it was strangles and take the dog back. No weight check no medication nothing just kept saying return the dog to breeder. Of course I took dog to another vet and he isnom a full recovery from his strangles. He has a little healing left on his nose but the vet ik seeing now said he looks great. Hes now well over 20 lbs and health as a horse. I won't be going back to this vet. He gave me 2 other names of issues he thought the dog had that were autoimmune and my dog clearly had stragles just by looking these up on line. And asking my other vet about these. One of them would have caused death to the dog. So I went home and worried myself sick until Monday when I got in to see another vet. I felt like they had an issue with me buying a dog and it was all about that and the breeder. And it should have been about out new pet and us.
