This place is a God send, I received mail there since 2019 and on 1/13/2022 I picked up my CDL, thank you for being there to allow me to pick up my DL, my CLP and my eventually my CDL during that process, hopefully I never find myself in a homeless situation again, but if I do I know where I can come to for help if the need arises.

Very outstanding staff helped with ID and birth certificate! Let me receive my mail. My question last week my wallet was lost! Id n ssn n my bank card. Dds is gonna issue me another but i cannot untill my bank card is here... I have my work id n w2 tax forms. Could that be used to pick up my mail...

Hi Christopher! Sorry you weren't able to get through. Our phone lines are only open from 9-12:30 Monday-Friday and 2-4pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, so that might be the issue. We don't assist with driver's licenses but we do assist with state ID's. Thanks!
Yes we do! We're open for any ID related services Mon-Thurs from 9:30-12:30, although we suggest getting here around 7:30am to have the biggest likelihood of getting our list. (It gets crowded early!)
We have a food stamp representative at our organization on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We open for services at 9am, but we encourage people to get in line around 7:30am to ensure they get a spot on the list!

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday currently. Mail check each of those days between 10:30 and 12:30. Services start at 9 each of those days but they advise coming much earlier (6-7) to ensure you're seen.
We don't help with housing directly, but there are two other organizations that come to our center on Mondays that can help you with you with housing.
