Unfortunately, the service from this location has gone downhill in the last 2 years. My last visit, the tech placed two labels on one of my vials and said she would reprint the labels and fix. Over a week later and I had to call customer service to find out why my doctor hadn't received results to be told that they had noted that they had difficulty drawing blood and that I had to return to the lab. Informing customer service that this was INACCURATE and that the tech messed up the placement of my labels and stated she would reprint and place them correctly. It was my fault for not sticking around to verify she did her job correctly, but I requested to speak to a supervisor and I needed an immediate appointment to be made instead of waiting the week or so until their next available. I was told there was no supervisor to speak with. Unfortunately, the service from this location has gone downhill in the last 2 years and they're getting an additional hit on their rating thanks to the lack of care from the Customer Service line. If you must use this location, make sure to verify & check everything. Edit 5/27 - After this whole fiasco, I find out that despite providing them with my new insurance information, they billed my prior insurance. You know, because I have nothing better to do with my time than to make phone calls for them to do the correct billing too. Edit 10/13 - Still dealing with the incorrect billing. They've been lying to me this whole time about having resubmitted my claim to the correct insurance company. Today I received a reminder bill in the mail that shows they still billed the old/out-of-date insurance company. Thanks for helping me prove my case to the State of Florida :)

Closed on Friday after TS IAN but never got notification that they were closed!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Good luck in trying to speak to an actual person - not gonna happen. Would never recommend Quest unless you enjoy total frustration.

Have only ONCE ever had a bad appointment here. I drive all the way across the river to have blood draws here. Maybe the time of day matters but I have found the waiting room comfortable and the staff very competent and pleasant.

I don't know the phone number myself you can Google it but yes they do accept walk-ins
You can book online or just walk in
You need to call to schedule an appt
Online or call the desired location directly.
Easiest way is on their website.
Best way is go online to Quest, put your zip code in to view your area and surrounding areas and make you appointment. It may take a little time to scroll through but this should work. That is how I do it.
Go to the website, find the one close to you and check available times. Better to look at all in the area because they feel up fast.
They never have appointments. Show up a half hour before they open you will be fine
From what I have seen, yes. You can also order the free test from the govt delivered to your home by the USPS. Google it.😆
Yes
I went online. Actually it is very easy to schedule an appointment online. Quest.com, just make sure you request the results instead of assuming they will send them to you directly.
Online, but I went early and got right in with no appointment.
You can call, go on the website or ap or walk in
Yes
Go to www.questdiagnostics.com
If you have a simple or more American name, such as John Smith then the automated system can book your appointment. If not, you can go to the website as stated above.
Yes you can. I would advise to make an appt during the week. The weekend crew at this particular location is a nightmare. I had to call customer service and have a supervisor call in to the office last weekend. No supervisor or office manager on site. Incompetent...
You can walk in but appointments are strongly recommended. If they start to run behind walk ins tend to have a longer and longer wait time, just last week the wait time even with an appointment was over 1.5 hours.
Yes
Use it to make appt. Should still be good. After appointment is made them call Dr to be sure
