Worst visit ever! It took 15 minutes for a server to "pickup" our table & another 25 minutes to get our lunch?? Then the 2 lunches cost 50 bucks?

Wait to long to be seated . Pancakes were cold sent them back . Coffee sent back due to coffee being so weak taste like water . Waitress said filter malfunctioned. Looks like she would have noticed when pouring. Party of three and our food served separately and different parts of the orders left out Very slow service and we had to ask everything.

Been there twice and very pleased. Waitresses could not be nicer. Senior menu very reasonable a a bit less than regular servings. But then again, their regular servings are plentiful and they have doggy bags when you can't eat it all Very clean and they space people out for health safety still. Very considerate of customers.

This restaurant is a minus -0 score wise We sat at the table for an hour and five mins til we got our food ordered then took another twenty to thirty mins to get our food .. this isn’t ok and The service is horrible to every aspect ..

IHOP on Preacher Road, the workers are so ugly to they're customers I will never come back again, your cashier up front need customer service training, everybody of color is not a hood rat, so don't treat people the way you look.

Yes services at IHOP are great.no problems at all,I would take IHOP over waffle house anyday.
