After 11 pm is closed and you can't use the restroom, or at least it was on this visit.

The facilities are clean and there is great information here for travelers. The hand dryers in the restroom need to be replaced though.

It's open, I slept there for my 10 hours break last week
There may not be any markers in Georgia for the Great Wagon Trail because the Georgia part of it involved ferries along the Savannah river. There is some mention of the markers in other states at https://piedmonttrailsblog.wordpress.com/tag/great-wagon-road/
