Drove 4 hours to ride on the Virginia Creeper Trail. Pulled up to The Bike Station around 12:15 and was told they weren’t doing shuttles anymore today since they were slow. Definitely make reservations before you go. Even if they say they welcome walk-ins. Apparently they wanted us to spend our money elsewhere.

Great place to rent a bike and get a shuttle to top of creeper trail. Staff on their game, bikes in great condition, pricing right were it should be.

At the moment we do not offer a frequent guest pass, but that is a great idea and we'll definitely discuss it.
Hello Lynn, We usually have plenty of bikes available, so that should be no problem. We can most likely get you on a shuttle tomorrow. We go every hour on the hour, so 11:00am or Noon would be the best shuttle for you. It would be best if you could arrive by 10:30am to make the 11:00am shuttle. It may be busy on Memorial Day, so please give us a call as early as possible at 866-475-3629 to get your name on the list for the shuttle. We are not able to complete reservations through this message service. In fact, I am the webmaster and live in a different state. The friendly folks at The Bike Station (probably sleeping now) will be there at 8:00am to answer the phone and take your reservation. Thanks for choosing The Bike Station. Have fun!
