Workers here are just lazy and very unprofessional. I have not seen a Home Depot like this before. If you call the store best believe you’ll be placed on hold multiple times for a long period as well.

The garden center would be able to answer your question. Most likely you would find it at Pike Nurseries, but in my experience, Home Depot has been pretty good about offering variety in their own nursery. Are you looking for a sapling, or adolescent tree?
