My experience was great. Excellent job with the installation. Carpet removed from top level of my home and replaced with LVP. The installers communicated with me before the job started, explaining what all they would be doing and after job was done making sure I was satisfied.

From my initial call a sales rep showed up next day. I’m happy to say, Miss Hope was very patient so professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to flooring. Two days later a crew came and installed my laminate floor. This crew was so professional. The crew chief explained everything to me and on the walk through showed the finished look.
