Decent hotel, rooms appear to be well insulated to sound. Had a corner room next to the stairs and ice machine, never heard neighbors or people coming and going. In fairness I had the TV on, but I didn't hear the neighbors TV at all either. Main complaint is the shower, they need to do a CLR commercial on each shower head, they're clogged and the shower curtain doesn't shut all the way because it's installed incorrectly at an angle. The chair was comfortable but stained. Finally, there was someone else's bedding left behind the chair in the room, weird, and may still be there for the next person.

So far so good. Michael made check in a breeze. He could give lessons to far too many check in clerks I have dealt with. I will add stars later for the Inn when I check out, but I give Michael ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍👍👍👍

Can I give them 0 stars??? This place has to be the absolute nastiest place I have ever stepped foot in. Probably made the Health Department top 10, not the good list. The blanket had what can only be described as poop stains on it. The sheets were filthy… the chair that sat in the corner I feel positive was peed on… several times! The room reeked of smoked even though this was a non smoking room, guess it really didn’t matter though since there was weed being smoked out front anyways. The door to the room didn’t feel secure, the walls were stained and nasty. Ever leave a place and feel so dirty you could drink bleach and probably still not be clean?? Exactly how I felt and I was literally only in the room for 3 minutes tops. Husband went to front desk and requested refund. We had to call corporate and now we have to wait on General Manager to “approve” it. I’m calling the health department and the code office about this motel. 100% sure it is not COVID clean.

Front desk staff was beyond excellent. Room was terrible, however. Hard to assess cleanliness due to the carpet conditions. I think someone tried to clean but carpet is not salvageable.
