I was given a pair of shoes as a gift that were too big. I NEVER wore them because they didn't fit me. The manager turned up her nose at me and said that I had worn them and when I told her no, I hadn't she just said that she would let me exchange them this one time and then dismissed me. I did take a while to find a pair to exchange them for, because I didn't want to have to come back if they weren't right. I heard loud conversations between her and the associate working with her, and I was made to feel like I was trying to steal because I was being watched like a criminal. When I went to the counter to check out, the associate didn't even look me in my face, nor did he speak to me, except to tell me to get something else to make the exchange even. Definitely won't be returning to this store!

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day.
