Why can't I remember the guy's name? I want to say he was Dave Matthews, I'm blanking, but it was a celebrity name. Anyway, that guy, he was terrific. We made the mistake of parking the car in the service lane, which was a simple mistake, and rather than getting upset or scolding us, the guy was super friendly in a NYC kind of way: frank, honest and occasionally funny. We'd just finished a long weekend of driving the northeast, and we were about to spend several hours in the JFK airport. The Enterprise representative was a breath of fresh air, especially in the rental car business, where unfortunate personalities tend to be the norm.

I came here to swap my highlander, She was so rude Oct/10/2022 13.46 She said only she can give me sedans cars. I told her I’m travelling 1000 miles from here I cannot take sedans give me any SUV. She literally told me go somewhere else.

Excellent experience start to finish. Picked up the car from Ryan last Thursday who was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Dropped it off this morning and was out the door in 3 minutes. Car was clean and shiny! Great customer service!

If before 6 am, go to National.
JFK but it gets complicated
International license also issue from my country, it’s acceptable?
True it can be returned to any branch - however the drop off charges can be substantial if you dont return to same location as pickup. Drop off charges can be $100-$1,000 - depending on location.
Yes. You actually need to bring his physical license.
They may charge you extra. So please check !
Take the air train to Federal circle and then you can then walk to Enterprise
yes, there is shuttle service. you will have to take the air train to your appropriate terminal.
It depends. Holiday times can increase rates as well. Get a rate quote on enterprise.com plug in dates/times, pickup locations and it'll let you know. At the airport A Credit card is preferable
Yes you can but there is a fee
They have a drop off procedure but you could leave the car at the National location there, too, I believe.
Enterprise at JFK allows for 24hr service through the Alamo counter, contact them by phone to set specifics.
There is no limit in the U.S., I believe.
no try calling
I was charged 250 on top of the rental price. The 250 is refunded after return.
It you use your credit card and your drivers license to get the car, Enterprise will assume that it's you driving the car. You can add a second driver but you will still be responsible for the car.
Honestly I used Uber to go to my terminal. It costed me 16 dollars only. Which is cheap price for walking with bags and kids. You van also use their shuttle
There is a shuttle bus that drops you off at the Airtrain which brings you to each terminal.
I don't know. Call a rental branch and ask
Sorry I work in Corp. Leasing not rental. Call your local lol rental office for info
Yes
Take the AirTrain on the upper level.. get off at Federal Circle
enterprise has a shuttle to the air train. you take the air train to the terminals. it's free to get to the terminals
Yes. Get a shuttle to Enterprise.
Earlier in the morning is the busiest. It's better later in the evening.

You can drive to airport parking and pay to leave your car there and take shuttle bus to enterprise. Which ever terminal is closer would be the best parking bet.
You need to go Station number 8 in Air train I think. Check the ststion number once. Enterprise shuttle service will pick you from there to rental facility..
No they don't.
Yes, you can. I've done it numerous times. The staff is awesome!
They do. You will have to purchase their insurance.
You have to take the Airtrain to Federal Circle then there is a shuttle bus that would take you there.
First of all they have a shuttle to take you to the airport or meet you The cab would be able to drive straight up to the office and then exit. We drove straight to the office. The entrance is the first right turn as you pull into the street.
The air train is very easy, quick and free to all terminals and from federal circle it is free.
Yes, make sure you setup for a one way trip.
