I made an appointment for 11AM. I have been waiting in llne for almost 30 minutes and the dealer excusa is that everyone has an appointment and need to wait line like everyone else. Furthermore they are going to lunch and if I want my oil change I'll need to wait till they go back from Lunch! What a jocke. Not honoring my appointment time and treat me like I am giving a service for free! Do not used this dealership for any service (just an advice)

1. Appointment was given in a reasonable time. 2. Customer service was awesome as soon as you get there. 3. Waiting time was reasonable with spacious waiting room wit TV and coffee. 4. In other places, I was going to be charged around $280 for replace one tire that I damaged, here only Paid $214 in total ( labor and new tire). I would recommend this business to any person with a Honda car.
