Tracy and Linda were soo amazing. Truly made me so happy after driving for 13 hours. They were so kind and very to the point. For $97 hotel room with two queen beds. It was such a good experience. That’s why I’m giving 5 stars. And the A/C was great

We stopped here yesterday to sleep on a road trip. The rooms in this particular location is pretty rundown and not really taking care of but it was clean. Like there was a chair in our room that was absolutely disgusting to the point to where we wouldn't even sit anything on it. The dresser was visibly broken, there was mold on the ceiling it just wasn't a good spot. Other than that everything else seemed clean. I definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. If you're in the area and need a place to stay I would suggest you keep looking unless you don't care about the conditions that you sleep in.

After driving for 30+ hours straight, we were looking for a decent place to get some much needed rest. We checked reviews for places in the area and thought this would suit our needs. When we arrived, we found the hotel is located behind a liquor store, which had several people hanging around outside. We checked in, and on the way to our room, we noticed a bunch of boxes on a cart sitting in the hallway and paint peeling from the walls. Once in the room, we saw a bug run across the floor, found hair on the bathroom floor and toilet, and stains on the comforter. We were exhausted, so we just sat there trying to be OK with it. After about 45 minutes, neither of us were going to be able to sleep here, so we went to the desk, explained that our room had issues, (the bug, the hair, and the stains), and asked for another room. The lady explained with disgust that they were booked up, and had we come back to the desk right away, she might have been able to help us. We asked for a refund, which was another inconvenience to her, and she exclaimed she would have to call her manager and "He might not even answer." She called, he answered, had her check the room (to make sure we didn't use anything, I'm sure). The room wasn't used, so we were able to get a refund and be on our way. Usually, Comfort Inn and Suites are clean, comfortable places to stay at a reasonable price. Not this one.

We have never seen such a run down and dirty hotel. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned anywhere in months. Everything had holes and stains in the room, chairs, lamp shades, curtains, sofa bed. Upon wiping up some water from the bathroom floor the towel was black. Same on the sofa bed. Hallway is muddy and elevator had dog feces. First room smelled like weed. For a crib, they gave me a blanket. We were traveling thru so luckily it was for just overnight. Gross, smelly, old, run down and same price got me some brand new Hilton Hampton Inns on the way home. Location is also extremely sketchy behind some abandoned lot and a liquor store and there is nothing else around it just the woods. Take your business somewhere a lot cleaner and safer.
