I’ll echo the same observation I just read. This store used to be my favorite. And when it was in danger of closing, I fought to keep it open. But oh my, what is going on with the lack of real cashiers available ?? I’ll stop by in the morning- 9ish, and nothing but the self checkout is available- which I detest. I hv to ask a cashier to open a line. And the trend is same at busy hour- they may have two cashiers open and they ask people to go to the self checkouts. In my opinion- this push to use self checkout is a a bad call. I’ve gone to the market on van Buren- and Lincoln- and not a single self checkout there - the service is all cashiers. Very refreshing. Ralphs management- please reconsider your self checkout push/ trend bc I’m afraid it may continue to push others away.

KIM E HAS THE WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN. Horrible Produce Old Old Old . Vons is down the street. Manager MIKE SHOULD CONTROL THE QUALITY OF HIS STORE.

For a little local supermarket this place is pretty good. The store is clean, well stocked with a decent selection, and the employees are professional. The only thing that spoiled the experience for me was the sushi. I bought some sushi here and spent hours of being sick. This is why if you're out shopping and really want sushi I suggest going to Northgate, but never Ralphs.
