The hotel was close to the interstate so that was a plus when driving all night. The lady at the front desk was nice but lacked training on customer complaints. The room was horrible.....all three. First we were given a room that has soaking wet floors and smelt like wet gym socks that someone forgot in a bag. The second one smelt better but the floors were still wet. The third one the floors were dry but the sheets had not been changed in a while and for sure not after the last person used them. At the feet of the bed the sheets had little balls all over them as well as hair and stains. It was gross we slept on top of the bed because we were afraid of what we would be given next if we were to move again. I will say that the wet floor was due to the carpet being cleaned however there needs to be a floor rotation for cleaning so you are not asking people to stay in rooms that are not ready. Perhaps one floor at a time also if you do a chemical carpet cleaning it doesn't take as long to dry. One last thing. There is a dead roach inside the thermostat in the lobby, there is no way that it has just gone unnoticed by the powers that be. Seriously get it together.

Honestly as soon as I got into my room I went straight to bed to see if the sheets were actually changed and as you can expect for a cheap hotel the answer is no. 4 rooms later and still the sheets had hair and were wrinkled from prior customers sleeping in and out of this bed. Rooms are completely disgusting and customer service was ok. After 4 rooms of checking he finally upgraded me to a suite which was in the same condition and honestly I just have up cause I needed a ace to sleep.

Positive: The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Negative: This hotel was awful. Our room smelled like smoke. They said they didn¿t have any other rooms and gave us some air free spray to make it smell better. The whole hotel smelled bad and they had clearly used the spray to try to make it smell better

Soon as I walked into my room I wanted to run. There's a reason it's a 2-star hotel. Rooms are somewhat clean. Didn't look like sheets had been cleaned. Hotel smells cheap too. And clearly not the best of crowds stay here, but that's exactly why it's cheap. Boss booked this place for me but you best believe I'm never coming back here again. Last cheap hotel he puts me in. Don't cheap out, go somewhere nice in a better area, more sophisticated people who understand what a clean room is. 2 stars, albeit, it deserves 1.
