really deserves negative stars - had an appointment for a work place drug screening (simple urine) I was taken 20 minutes later than my appointment time and then was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes which turned into 30+ minutes. absolutely ridiculous. choose another location - do not go here!

Bad service ,just because of the rudest and most inpolite laboratory assistant who are doing the blood tests in this place, her name is Tanya!!! More and more inpolite people are in a customer services around us.

You must cancel within a certain time. They will give your slot to another patient.
Just follow what the screen asks. Need your drivers license and insurance card
Usually very quick. Just don't go to early in the morning. That is when all the retired people go. Not sure why!!
