Shipped my package to an entirely different location with a separate tracking number from the original label and tracking number. They had no explanation as to how or why this happened, and while they said they get back to me, they still haven't (going on 3 weeks). Ive had to replace the contents of the package which was very expensive and am now having to go through the ups claims process. To add to this, whlie my original shipment had a declared value, I dont know if this other shipment they actually used had a declared value and how ups is going to handle this from a claims standpoint. This was a very awful experience, adverse financial impact and huge headache. I have used them frequently and never had an issue before, but this experience has been so awful, I will never use them again.

You should always talk to your customers with respect! So to the young man behind the counter I hope you think before you speak, tone of voice speak volumes. I had no problem paying for the return item box, even when I was not aware , I take my part on that. But the way I was told and I repeat myself , you should talk to your customers with respect no assume I wanted something FREE.

I had submitted a printing job at 6am and visited this UPS when they opened at 8am. I did not notice that there was a 24 hour turn around for this service, but was informed of this upon entering the store by John. I think he could see that I was pretty desperate (was needing to print promotion flyers for lab visits at Yale later that morning). John was SO kind and quickly printed my sheets. I greatly appreciate his customer service - it helped the rest of my day go smoothly. Huge thank you!!

I just have to say that this was the most amazing customer service experience I have had in a while! I visited this store today twice and everyone was just so friendly, professional, and helpful! Just amazing!!
