Showed up for our 2 double bed room reservation. They had given it away and only had a single king room for us 3 adults despite reservation. Advertised open pool was closed awaiting city inspection. Bummer since we were all looking forward to it after long days of work. Finally get up to our room, and it's dirty. Stuff on the floor that would have been swept up if a vaccum had touched it, walk into the bathroom and there are dirty feet prints on the floor, mirror splattered with someone's spit, stuff in the toilet and someone's trash still in the trash can. Clearly the room had not been cleaned at all upon rebooking it to someone else. Worst hotel experience to date. Edit: this place just keeps getting worse. Not a single place to get clean drinking water on the premises, confirmed by the front desk. No water fountains and no place to even purchase a bottle of water in the entire place.

The guests in this hotel are shady. They seem to be longer term guests who are running some kind of illegal or frowned upon business from this location. Any time a door is opened in the hallway, 2-3 people will pop open their doors and do what appears to be some kind of security check with each other. You will be called at out of room windows when you’re in the parking lot. Definitely not handicap accessible. There is no elevator, and although I’m barely mentioning it, these rooms are NASTY. 0/10 would not recommend.

It was all good until the end. We paid extra for hot tub room and by the morning no water other than freezing cold water. That defeats the purpose of the hot tub. We brought this up at check out put staff didn't seem concerned. Was told she would gave general manager call us NEVER HAPPENED.

Hotel was ok. If it was clean I would have rated it higher. Bathroom was clean but rest of room was not. Location good. Good restaurants nearby. Furnishings older but that usually is not a deal breaker for me as long as it is clean. Doors to outside and to individual rooms difficult to open. Quiet area and seemed safe.
