This place is completely unproductive they start work at 7am won’t unlock gate till 8am now you drive up to shipping and receiving at 8am and see a sign that they are in a meeting till 8:45 this is not how you should be operating a business. The meeting should be before you even open the gate and wake people up telling them it’s time to get loaded when in reality I’m still sitting here waiting some more

Asks you to call at 11:30am for an over the phone interview, you call at 11:30am they miss your call call you back and then tell the staffing company your with that they are big about punctuality that they are going to pass on you because you were late for the phone interview. This company is hypocritical and non punctual

Friendly people. Took awhile to find the right building. So I stopped at every shipping and receiving. Was blue building. Inside bathroom. They had to make room first tho. In and out in a 1 1/2 hours.

I was told receiving starts at 8am, yet every time I come here, the forklift driver isn't permitted to unload my truck until 9:30 or 10:00! Why does Silverline allow this to happen to the drivers who bring you your product? 30% of the time, I lose the next contract and need to look for another load. There are no other trucks here. Is this treatment of drivers a corporate directive or is the receiving manager not supervised himself?
