I was very dissatisfied with this business. They ruined a cashmere sweater of mine. Returning the item with several holes in it. When bringing the issue to their attention, they rudely responded, saying that what was a barely worn new-looking sweater was "filthy and dirty" saying they could not get it cleaned with one cleaning agent so they had to try another than another, and that was why there was so many holes in it. In the end she offered only $2 dollars compensation for an $80 dollar sweater.

Poor quality, long wait times, and low-class. This location was convenient to my home, so I kept hoping for the best. I was a weekly customer for 6+ months and routinely spent $60+ per visit. Too expensive for me to ignore the lazy work product. The cuffs of my office shirts would at least 75% of the time come back completely pinched, and shirts would come back wrinkled from lack of attention and care. Initially, I was invited to bring items in to be redone, free of charge. However, last time this was offered the owner called me and told me "it's not possible for us to get your shirts perfect and you cannot keep getting them redone." I indicated I had never had an issue so consistent with ANY other dry cleaner anywhere I have lived, and he indicated he believed I was lying. Don't waste your time with Asheville Cleaners.
