They have good products, but they do NOT care about customers. Customer service is very terrible. Placed an order on their website. Marked as shipped. 3 weeks later, tracking no update. Emailed customers service multiple time: no response. Called them with their number on file, customer service said: I am in another division, I can't help.

Absolutely live their products. Easy to work with every step of the way!! I had a blanket made with multiple pictures and the manager I worked helped out even with all the questions and changes I made!! Thank you and can't wait for my next project.

This facility is by far unorthodox and they expect a standard that most shifts fail to meet. I for one, love that. It is the most enjoyable place I have ever worked. Though they do find mundane reasons to "release" employees, from staffing and the company itself, if you show initiative to not only improve your work but the flow of business itself they show much more respect than most places I ever so much as walked into. If you create a good relationship with the supervision team, through your work effort, it does pay off when there are opportunities available. For people who's expectation of work is meeting minimal standards, this would not be a good place. For those who can bare the moderately leveled income who want to build a better workplace, this is a great place to be. My first time working here, when I was a low paid worker, every single idea I had for making things better the management team, from leads to the plant manager at the time, heard my thoughts. Some they liked, some they didn't. But they did show appreciation for the fact that someone wants things to be better and want to succeed. Every job I had since then, while I was gone after leaving there, every bit of leadership and effort and the fact that I always, everywhere I went, made myself the best at what I did, all came from this place. I for one give it a 5 star.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If you need wholesale printing done look for another company. They fail to meet production time and don’t care. Constantly making errors in production and over charging on shipping. Three nightmare holiday seasons in a row, never recommending them again.
